“We’ve used Peach twice in the last year and they are extremely thorough, professional and they saved us a ton of money! On the first house we had Peach inspect, they found major water damage unknown to the seller in a crawl space under a sun/family room; with major water, mold and mildew in the attic and some other potential costly issues. Needless to say, we withdrew our bid agreement. On the second house which we just purchased; Peach found a number of items that we were able to amiably negotiate with the owners to everyone satisfaction. Can’t say enough about Peach.
